These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of goods by, and use of the website of, Optimised Medical Supplies Ltd (“we”, “us”, “the Company”), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 14185351. By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these Terms.
“Buyer” means the person or organisation that places an order. “Goods” means the products, equipment, PPE, consumables or spare parts we supply. “Contract” means the contract between you and us for the sale of Goods, formed as set out in section 3. “In writing” includes email.
We supply healthcare organisations and professionals — including NHS trusts, private clinics, dental and veterinary practices, care homes and pharmacies — as well as individual consumers. Where you buy as a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business, and certain consumer cancellation rights (section 7) do not apply.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A binding Contract is formed only when we send an order confirmation or dispatch the Goods, whichever is first. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if Goods are unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, or we are unable to verify your details — and will refund any payment taken for a cancelled order.
Prices are shown on the website and are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise; VAT is shown separately at checkout. We may correct pricing errors before accepting an order. Payment is taken at the point of order via our secure payment provider (Stripe) unless you hold an approved trade account.
Approved trade accounts are subject to separate credit terms (typically payment within 30 days of invoice). We may suspend an account and require immediate payment of outstanding balances where payment is overdue. Interest and reasonable recovery costs may be applied to overdue business accounts in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
Risk in the Goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership (title) in the Goods does not pass to you until we have received payment in full. Until title passes, you must store any unpaid Goods so they remain identifiable as ours.

If you are a consumer buying online, you may have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the Goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This right does not apply to certain items — including sealed medical, sterile or hygiene products that have been opened, and made-to-order or personalised items. Full details, including how to cancel, are on our Returns & Refunds page. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
Product descriptions, images and specifications are provided as a guide. It is your responsibility to ensure the Goods are suitable and fit for your intended purpose, and that they are used, stored and disposed of in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and applicable law and guidance. Some Goods are intended for use by trained healthcare professionals only.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law (including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015). Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, and our total liability arising from a Contract is limited to the price paid for the Goods concerned. We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control.
All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, images and software — is owned by or licensed to Optimised Medical Supplies Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or reuse it without our prior written consent, other than for your own reference.
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place your order.
