| Model CCFPG75 consists of a 250 ml cell culture flask manufactured from high-quality virgin polystyrene designed for laboratory cell culture applications. The flask provides a cell growth area of approximately 75 cm² and supports a recommended culture medium volume ranging from 15 ml to 22.5 ml. The surface is tissue culture treated using vacuum plasma treatment to promote uniform cell attachment and growth. The flask includes an angled neck design to allow easier access for pipetting and handling. A frosted writing area and moulded graduation markings are included to support sample identification and volume monitoring. The flask is fitted with a vented cap containing a 0.22 µm hydrophobic filter membrane to enable gas exchange while preventing contamination. The product is sterilised using E-beam technology and validated according to ISO 11137 standards. Units are supplied in packs containing 100 culture flasks. |
