This 500ml reagent bottle is part of the Pyrex 1515 series, designed for laboratory and scientific use. Its round shape and narrow mouth support controlled pouring and handling of liquids in professional settings such as laboratories and research facilities.
Supplied complete with an SVL black phenolic screw cap and PTFE faced sealing disc, the bottle provides a secure closure for storage and handling. The inclusion of approximate graduations allows for convenient volume estimation during use.
The bottle is suitable for sterilisation using dry heat or steam at 121°C. For safe autoclaving, the cap must either be removed or placed loosely on top of the container without engaging the thread, ensuring proper pressure and temperature handling.
