| Model ASLPSVT consists of sterile snappable liquid swabs designed for clinical specimen collection and transport. Each swab includes a polystyrene shaft with a viscose tip to support accurate and efficient sampling. The shaft features a snap point allowing the swab to be safely placed into the transport tube after sample collection. The swabs are supplied with Amies transport media in liquid form to maintain pathogen viability during transport. Each unit is radiation sterilised and individually peel-packed to ensure sterility until use. The swab and transport system are designed for laboratory diagnostic applications involving microbiological sample collection and pathogen transport. Units are supplied in packs containing 100 sterile swabs. |
