The SHARPSGUARD™ Eco Cyto Sharps Bin - 5L is designed for the safe disposal of cyto contaminated sharps in clinical and healthcare environments. Its purple lid with dark yellow base follows HTM 07-01 waste segregation guidance, helping support correct identification and segregation of cytotoxic and cytostatic waste.

This 5L unit is described as a general purpose sharps container and is intended to provide protection against penetrating cyto sharps and leaking fluids. It is also positioned as offering maximum capacity where working space is limited, making it suitable for practical use in busy healthcare areas.

Made from a minimum of 40% recycled material, the container supports a more environmentally conscious design. The lid and base are supplied separately, and the absorbent pad plus locking and safety information on the label support correct handling and use.
